Job Responsibilities

• Development & delivery of solutions to manufacturing/assembly issues
• Design & Development of innovative design solutions for electro-mechanical assemblies
• Work on specialist products & custom builds, identifying effective solutions for strong DFM
• Commitment to continuous improvement & cost reduction projects
• Working closely with Production & Assembly Teams

Skill Required

• Full product life cycle experience, designing something yourself
• Engineering Degree and 5 years in industry within Design
• Sheet Metal, Casing, Enclosures design experience is essential
• It is advantageous to hold some of the following: cooling technologies, optical measurement, temperature control systems, positioning control systems

Compensation & Other Benefits

• £45,000 to £55,000 per annum + Benefits
• Working with a newly created department as part of the continued development programme within the business
